Hi, I’m Lyndsey Ryan.
I am deeply passionate about guiding others toward transformation and connection—within themselves and with others. Whether through therapy, psychedelic coaching, or professional consultation + training, I am dedicated to helping individuals and clinicians alike navigate challenges and discover lives filled with freedom, vitality, and profound meaning. It is a privilege to support this journey each day.
My journey began with a profound desire to help adults heal from developmental trauma and adult-onset PTSD in the most compassionate and effective way possible. Over my 25-year career, I've immersed myself in innovative research, advanced training, and the development of hybrid therapeutic approaches—all with the aim of supporting you in finding true safety and freedom within your mind, body + spirit.
My training spans a range of modalities, including Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies such as Somatic Experiencing, attachment work, art therapy, functional nutrition, and advanced EMDR techniques. I specialize in working with individuals and couples impacted by early childhood neglect, abuse, addiction, combat trauma, and self-harming or self-defeating patterns.
My approach is deeply influenced by thought leaders like Dr. Dan Siegel at the Mindsight Institute, alongside Dr. Bessel van der Kolk’s profound work in furthering our understanding of PTSD and interventions via MDMA-Assisted Therapy. Dr. Peter Levine's work in Somatic Experiencing, and Drs. Frank Anderson and Richard Schwartz in Internal Family Systems. I also integrate mindfulness, psychedelic science, genetic insights, nutrition, and epigenetics (epinutrition) to offer a holistic foundation for healing. My studies with the Boulder Association of Jungian Analysts and my work with shamanic healers have further enriched my practice, enabling me to incorporate culturally informed practices into Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies.
In our work together, we will weave these influences into the fabric of the psychedelic experience, allowing us to explore the symbols, beliefs, and fears that may be holding you back. Through this process, we can gently unlock pathways to a more embodied, free, and fulfilled life.
I hold a Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, bringing a contemplative and Tibetan Buddhist perspective to all aspects of my work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) + Advanced Clinical Supervisor (ACS)
