A professional home for clinicians working at the edge of trauma and psychedelic care

Embodied Illumination supports clinicians, facilitators, supervisors, and helping professionals who want deeper training, trusted consultation, meaningful professional community, and a place to expand their understanding of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Our work brings together developmental trauma, attachment, the nervous system, somatic practice, ethics, altered states, preparation, integration, and the relational complexity of caring for people whose lives rarely fit neatly inside a single model.

Alongside our professional education and consultation, we maintain a trauma-focused clinical practice offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic preparation and integration, and embodied psychotherapy. That clinical work keeps our teaching close to the realities of care and continually informs the questions we bring back into training, supervision, research, and community.

Explore our Vision

Some people arrive here after years of understanding their lives intellectually while still feeling disconnected from their bodies, relationships, vitality, or sense of self. Others come as clinicians, facilitators, and helping professionals looking for deeper training, supportive learning, trusted professional community, and a place to expand their understanding of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Embodied Illumination was created to hold both pathways. For individuals, it offers relational, embodied care rooted in trauma, attachment, and the nervous system. For practitioners, it offers education, supervision, consultation, and community designed to deepen clinical judgment, strengthen psychedelic-informed practice, and support the person doing the work alongside the work itself.

Wherever you are entering, you are welcome here.

Choose your pathway

Whether you are an individual seeking care, a clinician deepening your professional practice, or following the evolution of the work, there is a place to begin here.

Explore supervision, consultation, advanced training, and professional education grounded in trauma, attachment, embodiment, ethics, and psychedelic-informed practice.

The deepest changes in therapy often begin when understanding becomes experience—when the relationship is steady enough, the body is supported enough, and the nervous system encounters something it has not yet learned to expect.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A carefully prepared, trauma-informed approach to ketamine therapy that brings together psychological support, somatic awareness, attachment work, and meaningful integration. This work is designed to help people engage experiences that may be difficult to reach through insight alone, while remaining grounded in safety, relationship, and clinical discernment.

Healing deserves more than technique.

It deserves care that can hold the full complexity of being human.

At Embodied Illumination, we believe meaningful healing is both clinically rigorous and deeply relational. Our work is informed by neuroscience, trauma theory, attachment, somatic practice, contemplative wisdom, and psychedelic medicine, while remaining grounded in the understanding that no method or protocol can replace the experience of being met with safety, integrity, and genuine human presence.

We honor the body as part of the healing process, not simply a place where symptoms appear. We recognize the nervous system’s adaptations as intelligent responses to what a person has lived through. We approach psychedelic and altered-state work with humility, discernment, and respect for the vulnerability it can open.

Science matters here. Ethics matter here. Relationship matters here.

So do meaning, mystery, embodiment, and the sacred dimensions of becoming more fully alive.

Embodied Illumination exists to hold these ways of knowing together—and to help create care that is skillful enough, spacious enough, and human enough to meet the whole person.

Why Embodied Illumination

Psychedelic Preparation + Integration

Support before and after psychedelic experiences can profoundly shape how those experiences are understood and carried forward. Preparation helps you approach the work with greater clarity, intention, and care. Integration creates space to make meaning of what emerged and translate insight into lasting changes in your relationship with yourself, your body, and your life.
